Annual Strawberry Picking: May 2025

In May, we hosted our annual strawberry picking event. Families, kids, and neighbors came out to enjoy fresh strawberries, sunshine, and quality time together. This event marked the beginning of what we hope will become a yearly tradition focused on simple fun and community connection.

Panthers Tailgate: September 2025

In September, we hosted a Panthers Tailgate at Tyber Creek. The event was family friendly and full of energy, bringing together football fans and local residents for food, music, and great conversations. It was another opportunity to build relationships beyond real estate.

Light the Knight with Santa: December 2025

To close out the year, we participated in Light the Knight with Santa at Knights Stadium in Charlotte. Families enjoyed a festive meet and greet with Santa, creating joyful memories during the holiday season. Events like this reflect our belief that real estate is about people, not just properties.

Giving back through Toy Drive 2025

One of the most meaningful moments in our PPS 2025 recap was our annual toy drive. In 2025, we collected nearly 2,000 toy items along with $500 in cash donations to benefit Levine Children’s Hospital.
