Justin was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania before moving to the greater Charlotte Area in 2014. He attended Pennsylvania State University and studied Civil Engineering and proceeded to work in various aspects of the field for 3 years. With the move to Charlotte, Justin was looking for a new challenge and unexpectedly fell into, what has since become his passion, Real Estate. Justin Works as the Premier Property Solutions team Transaction Coordinator and Listing Manager. He is a licensed Agent in both NC & SC which provides him the opportunity to handle the team’s repair negotiations along with all other aspects of a real estate transaction.
Through his systematic and analytical approach Justin ensures that every transaction goes as smoothly as possible from the moment it goes under contract until the last document is signed at the closing table. He values the relationships that he builds with clients during the under-contract process and does everything in his power to accommodate all of their needs. Like the rest of the Premier Property Solutions team, Justin loves the support and commitment the team has to the Joedance Film Festival which benefits rare pediatric cancer.
