Eileen was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She studied at Boston University where she majored in Communications and Public Relations. After meeting her husband Michael and working in Marketing & Advertising for a few years, Eileen and her husband decided to start a family, so she left the corporate world.

After moving to Charlotte in 2007 for her Husband's job, Eileen and her family quickly fell in love with the Queen City and decided to firmly plant their roots. With two boys in school and a desire to get back into the work force, Eileen joined the Real Estate world and has found her home within the Premier Property Solutions Team. Her favorite part about Real Estate is helping people and building lifelong relationships.

Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Eileen serves as the team’s Director of Operations. This can include planning a client event, stepping in for an agent who is out of town, working alongside Nicole to bring her next big vision to life or helping our clients find their dream home.

When Eileen is not in front of her computer, she can be found wrangling her two boys or sitting on her back deck enjoying a coffee.
